The following apply to anyone working on behalf of Nurture Baby

Cancellations and refunds: 

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to receive a full refund.  Cancellations made with 24-48 hours’ notice will be given a 50% refund, and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will require full payment. If Nurture Baby can fill your appointment slot, you will receive a full refund. 

Payment is to be made in advance of your appointment when you book.  

Scope of Practice:

The service we provide is within the scope of practice of an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Baby Massage Therapist. We do not provide midwifery care, health visiting care or tongue-tie division as part of the Nurture Baby service. We can, however, signpost you to other relevant professionals.

Insurance:

Nurture Baby practitioners hold professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

DBS:

All Nurture Baby practitioners have an enhanced DBS check, which is renewed every three years.

Safeguarding:

We all have a responsibility to protect the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and to keep them safe.

If a member of our team has significant concerns about a child, young person, or adult at any time, we have a duty to follow local safeguarding procedures. We would discuss these sensitively with you and ensure you have appropriate follow-up support.
